Spring Cleanse & Wellness Workshop
As we change from Winter into Spring it is the perfect time to look at our daily routines and habits as we emerge into a new season. Fran with her knowledge of Ayurveda will host this workshop to provide you with all the tools and tips you need to transition smoothly into Springtime. With lots of Ayurvedic wisdom to share you will come away feeling well prepared with simple and manageable ways to cleanse and reset after the winter months. This workshop will include a a combination of Ayurvedic cleansing tips, a Vayu yoga flow inspired form the air element for Springtime, pranayama and meditation to support cleansing of the body and mind, these all come together in this workshop to make you feeling fresh, energised and inspired.
The workshop will include a herbal tea and a gorgeous closing guided meditation.
