Full Moon Yoga Nidra
This event is the perfect way to honour the energies of the full moon, a surrender and letting go through the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra. Fran will begin with a introduction to the energies of this February Full Moon followed by some gentle breathing and movement to land and arrive before guiding you through a beautiful Sankalpa (Intention Setting) Yoga Nidra which will help guide you to hear the whispers of your heart.
One of the most effortless and deliciously enjoyable of all the yogic practices is Yoga Nidra. It allows for the deepest rest and rejuvenation of your whole mind body and soul.
1 hours nidra is the equivalent to at least 4 hours sleep! Through practicing Yoga Nidra we are able to reach the delta brainwave state whilst being totally aware, a truly restorative practice.
This is a potent time in the months cycle to help let go of anything that isn't serving you and the practice of Yoga Nidra really helps to bring about these shifts that you are wanting to make with the energy of the full moon. There will be time for journaling and time to receive messages from oracle cards.
