New beginnings: a joyful springtime journaling workshop

Boost your optimism for the months ahead

The two hour session will start with a quick intro talk from Hannah Bevan (the Falmouth-based founder of Journal For Joy and author of the Hometown Journal) about the simple-but-powerful practice of journaling and how it can bring more joy to our lives.
Then, alongside a small group of likeminded people in our yoga studio space, Hannah will guide you to complete a series of uplifting journaling prompts all on the theme of ‘new beginnings’. There will be a mix of writing, drawing, intention-setting and mindfulness activities – no experience necessary.
All you’ll need to take part is your favourite journal and some pens/pencils, so please bring these along with you.
There will also be the opportunity to share and discuss your journal entries, to spread the positivity and find moments of connection with each other too.
