Mind & Bowl is Joey Hulin's new book about mindful cooking and eating. We are holding a night to celebrate Joey and the launch of her new book, here at Sunshine Cafe & Yoga.
This will be a lovely evening of mingling, a chance to chat to the very inspiring Joey and other likeminded people. For supper, you will be served the Ramen from Joey's book. Throughout the evening, Joey will be reading passages and there will be table discussions and a Q & A at the end of the night.
