Sounds into Silence Gathering

Join us for a cosy evening of sound and connection where we will be opening our hearts and souls as we sing, chant and listen.

Together we will be singing a selection of medicine and soul songs from all around the world which will allow you to drop deep into your heart space, calm your mind and connect to yourself and each other.

We will be starting with a breath work practice and you will be guided through the whole event. No experience necessary.
