Cast your mind to warmer days. In the garden lying on a blanket; on a hike, the air as fresh as the sun is hot; around a fire at sunset, soaking the last of it in.
When was the last time you felt warm from the inside out? Like when you’ve just come out of the sea, the sun hits your face, and you can taste the salt on your skin. You stretch out in the heat, reach into your bag and share a bowl of something good with a friend. That kind of warm.
You could be anywhere. Let’s make it Sunshine. We’re here to warm you up from the inside out. Unwind and stretch in our yoga studio; tap into your breath and figure out that whole meditation thing; and perhaps you’ll discover something new with our healing therapies. Or just come to eat. We serve up delicious healthy bowls, fresh juices and next-level coffee in our light-filled cafe.
Practice, gather, unfurl, find your community, then come back and do it all again the next day.
For the next few months, we will be raising funds for Give India, who are helping out with the current Covid-19 crisis in India. We will be offering a weekly FREE MEDITATION CLASS on Sundays @ 5pm (booking essential) and collecting donations.

Whether you’re sitting inside the cafe keeping it cosy, or catching some rays in our beautiful outdoor courtyard, you’ll be happy to know our cafe space is dog-friendly. Perfect for people with pups (or people who love to play with them). We have a wheelchair and buggy access to our front door via an inbuilt ramp, as well as baby-changing facilities, high chairs, and toys available too. While we’re huge fans of dogs – they’ll have to pose outside our yoga studio.
If you’re not feeling Google maps...
You’ll find Sunshine on the corner of Hillhead Rd and Eastwood Rd in Penryn. Coming from Falmouth or Penryn? Turn off Commercial Rd (B3292) onto Eastwood Rd, go past Bailey’s Country Store (or maybe stop in? Would 100% recommend) and we will be on your left before the road curves.
A note on cars: you can park in Exchequer Quay council car park on Commercial Rd. We’re just a short two-minute walk away. It would be great if you could car-share if you can (or walk/cycle if you’re a local, or maybe try out Cornwall’s public transport?). We’d love to keep this planet green.
